What does life look like without being crippled by anxiety when making decisions?
What does life feel like when you want to do something and you just do it?
I wrote last year about being able to move from one step to the next without 101 steps in-between. At the time it was just an idea, a potential possibility, but now it’s become something I’m learning to adopt.
We can end up wasting a lot of energy thinking, contemplating and ruminating. Sometimes it’s useful but other times it just makes simple things unnecessarily complicated.
