Talking is a lot easier than writing.

Lately I’ve been a fan of the audio journal or what I’ve been referring to as an audio check-in, taking a couple of minutes to reflect and speak out loud.

You can tell a lot from the way your voice sounds that doesn’t come through when you write things down.

Speaking provides a release and I have no doubt that there is evidence to show the benefits of saying things out loud even if there’s no one to listen.
