It’s okay to get it wrong

When you first get comfortable with speaking up for yourself, you might take it to the extremes.

In that moment you might be unknowingly responding on behalf of all the other times you didn’t speak up so it could look like an over reaction.

And perhaps in hindsight, you’d have done things differently.

But, it’s okay to get it wrong, that’s part of the learning process.

It’s like Zig Ziglar said, anything worth doing is worth doing poorly until you can learn to do it well.

So, you can’t let the fear of not getting it right straight away stop you from trying.
