You can if you have to

Most of the things we feel like we can’t do are actually possible.

You might be someone that struggles with being on time and is almost always late wherever you go. But then you have a serious medical appointment or an expensive pre-booked train ticket for a set time.

Suddenly, your inability to be punctual is much less of an issue. You might be cutting it fine but you find a way to not be late.

We’re often able to overcome bad habits that we think we can’t kick when the stakes are high and we’ve got something to lose. But if that’s not enough to get you to change then the repercussions of losing will be.
