How I changed my mind?

Around 10 years ago I realised that something needed to change. I was dissatisfied with most areas of my life and felt stuck in my circumstances.

At some point, I reached the conclusion that my perspectives and the way I thought and participated in life were the causes of my dissatisfaction. So, I started trying to change.

It’s a strange thing to actively try and change your own mind. It involves becoming an observer and understanding the potential for things to be different.

For example, by observing yourself you may realise the reason behind certain behaviours rather than believing that is just the way you are.

Then, once you realise the cause or even just become aware of things you no longer want to do, you can start to change.

And then suddenly you look back on how things were and find that you’re different. You don’t see things the way you used to, you don’t behave the way you used to and what was once difficult or challenging feels completely manageable.
