You may come to find that the less you write, the higher the stakes apparently become. It suddenly seems a lot more important that each piece is good to some degree.
But the truth is that it doesn’t actually matter, there are no stakes and there are no consequences. A blog post that isn’t the best thing you’ve ever written also isn’t your worst.
Granted some may say you’re only as good as your last post. However, when you’re building a body of work if you put too much pressure on making each piece better than the last, then your last piece of work might really be your last.
