Getting back to the plan

This year I’d like my content to be focused around social media, career/work life, blogging and how we spend our time.

I’ve written hundreds of wellbeing/wellness/mental health related blog posts. I think they’re important and hope that they’re useful but this year I’d like to do more.

My intention was never for this to be a self-help blog, it was meant to be a come as you are space to share ideas on life.

That’s what I’d like to get back to.
